Tread Brightly LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to customer satisfaction. We offer a 30-day return window** for most products.

Return Eligibility
You may return unopened, unused, and undamaged products within **30 days** of delivery for a full refund of the product price (excluding original shipping costs).

Returns are NOT accepted if
- The product has been installed, used, or shows signs of wear
- The product was a special order or custom-built item
- More than 30 days have passed since delivery
- The product is missing original packaging or accessories

How to Return an Item
1. Contact us at support@treadbrightly.shop within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide return shipping instructions (customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective).
3. Ship the item back in its original packaging.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.
