1. Agreement to Terms By accessing or using treadbrightly.shop (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Our Products We sell UTV lighting, accessories, and related off-road products. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods provided through Shopify. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

4. Shipping & Delivery Shipping times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Risk of loss passes to you upon shipment.

5. Returns & Refunds Please see our separate Refund Policy for details on returns, refunds, and defective items.

6. Limited Warranty Most products come with the manufacturer’s warranty (usually 1–2 years). We do not offer additional warranties beyond what the manufacturer provides. Installation and misuse voids most warranties.

7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tread Brightly LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

8. Intellectual Property All content, logos, and images on this site are the property of Tread Brightly LLC. You may not use them without written permission.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA.

10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
